Victoria Ballet Studio
Welcome to our ballet class for adults in Kyiv.
Victoria, the head of our studio, is a professional choreographer who graduated from National Pedagogical Dragomanov University. She's been working with kids for over 15 years and has taught adults for over 10 years. She created a studio for all the girls who are passionate about ballet and see it as a beautiful and beneficial hobby rather than a job. |
Anyone can dance
There are no requirements for you to become our student:
it doesn't matter how fit you are, how old you are, and if you have ever danced before.
We're all different, and we're proud of our diversity.
Not only ballet Classical dance is a base for other styles, so you won't have to limit yourself to just ballet. Folk dances are one of our favorite things to include in concerts! |
How are the classes structured?
- 1Barre exercisesWe use the barre for assistance and support to develop the correct technique.
- 2Centre exercisesSimilar to the previous, but you cant keep holding onto the barre :)
- 3Choreography learningYou can learn variations and dance with the group even if you're just starting out!
- 4StretchingWe always work on our flexibility which is necessary for every movement.
- 5Pointe techniqueOnce you're more experienced and confident, you can learn to dance en pointe.
- 6QuestionsDon't hesitate to ask questions! Victoria is always ready to help and explain.
